International Toll Free Access

FlexTelONE allows your international participants from over 50 countries to call a toll free number in their country to join your conference call. Rates from other countries vary. Look up international availability and rates here.

Easy Sign-up and Activation

It's easy to set up a conference call account, and if you're applying during normal business hours you could be using the conference call service within about an hour or two of submitting your on-line application. Applications submitted on weekends will generally be processed within 24 hours. Access to your conference calls is via a toll-free number and the charges are billed to your personal or corporate credit card.

You will receive an activation e-mail as soon as your account is ready to use. Your activation letter will include information on how to log into your private password protected account management site. This site will give you detailed instructions on how to use the service and also provide you with all the access numbers you and your conference attendees will need to participate in your conference calls.

Always Available - You never need a reservation

Your conference bridge is available 24 hours a day. You can either have an on-demand conference simply by telling the participants to hop onto your conference bridge using the access phone number(s) and meeting IDs you provided them, or you can notify all the participants simply and easily with the Conference Notify Tool. Select the date and time and the participants and the Conference Notify Tool does the rest.

Here's How it Works

As the host, you'll have a host conference ID number that you can change any time you feel you need to for security purposes. (i.e. You want to give someone else temporary access to hosting a conference call that will bill to your account.)

To set up a conference call, notify your guests of the conference call. The easiest way to do this is via the simple e-mail conference notify tool available on your private site. This tool will generate an e-mail to all your participants with exact instructions on how and when to join the conference call. They will be instructed to dial a toll free access number and will be provided with the conference ID number. (One nice thing about this conference call service is that the conference user id number never changes unless you physically change it yourself. Your users will use the same number every time they are invited to join one of your conference calls.)

In the mean time, you will have opened the conference by calling the toll free number and entering your unique host conference ID number, and as your participants call in they will be automatically joined to your conference call.

Cheapest Rates Available

Phone calls are billed at 8.9¢ per minute (US origination), per leg. Calls are billed in 6 second increments with a 60 second minimum. So if you have 3 people from the US participating in your conference call, you will be charged 26.7¢ per minute for the call. A 10 minute call would be $2.67 plus tax. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs. However, if you access the system using a payphone within North America, a 55¢ payphone surcharge is applicable, and you will be charged 11.1% Universal Service Fund Tax. This is based on the monthly invoiced amount. If you request a paper statement there is a $1.99 per month charge.
