On-line Account Management

Every AccuGlobe customer will be given access to their own password protected account management site. All the information you'll need for making calls with your calling card will be available to you on that site, including the toll free access numbers for countries where you can use your card. You'll also be able to view your call details within 2-3 business days of making a call. No paper statements are mailed, but it's easy to print the on-line statement right off the Internet. No more hassles with paper bills and payments lost in the mail. To be approved for the credit card payment, you must have at least $25 credit left on your credit card. Once you start making calls, your credit card will be billed when your usage approaches $25. If you plan on using more than $25 during the month, you should apply for a higher credit limit to avoid the possibility of not being able to place a call when needed.

Corporate Accounts

If your company is applying for corporate calling card service you will need to fax credit information to 1-800-909-7994 to be reviewed for credit worthiness. Approval of account is based on good credit history and payment within 30 days. Click here to download the credit card information form.
